In this paper, starting from the reality of large—scale modern logistics centers and in connection with the objective and principle of the design of supply chain management systems, we studied how to realize methods of supply chain management in large-scale logistics centers.%从现代大型物流中心的现实人手,结合供应链管理系统设计的目标和原则,探讨SCM系统的设计,以及在大型物流中心实现供应链管理的方法,为企业和物流中心实施供应链管理提供参考.
