基于供应链管理思想,提出目前果蔬类农产品从产地出发,经过产地批发、销地批发、零售直到最终消费者的流通过程中各类经营性费用的构成情况,并对产生这些费用的主要根源进行分析,指出其存在的弊端和危害,最后提出减少这些费用的主要措施,为各地的“菜篮子”工程提供建议。%In this paper, based on the ideas in supply chain management, we proposed the composition of the various operational costs of the fruit and vegetable products from the place of origin to the terminal consumers, analyzed the root of these costs, pointed out the existing inadequacies and hazards, and at the end proposed the main measures to reduce the costs.
