基于QFD-Kano模型的物流服务设计及实例分析

摘要

In this paper, relying on the QFD-Kano model, we designed the three stages of logistics services, analyzed the order of priority of the attributes of the services, and at the end, in the case of the Shunfeng Express Delivery, built an effective logistics service design model and analyzed the process of the design.%QFD-Kano模型物流服务设计包括物流服务客户需求获取阶段、Kano定量化物流服务质量规划阶段及QFD物流服务要素分解阶段三个阶段。在设计过程中，采用质量规划矩阵和相关性矩阵来分析物流服务属性的优先次序。然后，以顺丰速运为例，构造了有效的物流服务设计模型，分析了顺丰速运物流服务设计过程。
