控制型风险管理技术在货代企业内部风险管控上的应用

摘要

针对货代企业常见6种内部风险，提出了三类相应的控制型风险管理措施，从企业风险意识、内部风险管理方法上为货代企业的内部风险管理提供了可借鉴的管理方法和管理思路，可一定程度上防控企业经营过程中产生的内部风险及其损失后果。%In this paper, in view of the six types of internal risks commonly seen by forwarding enterprises, we proposed three corresponding innovatives for their control and next introduced some management methods and lines of thinking for the reference of these enterprises.
