In this paper, on the basis of a literature review, we studied the correlation between the work-related pressure and the job satisfaction of the employees of logistics enterprises, then through hierarchy regression analysis, discussed the effect of the different dimensions of the work-related pressure on their job satisfaction, and reached some useful conclusions.%在文献回顾的基础上,研究物流企业员工工作压力和工作满意度之间的相关性;进而运用层次回归分析,探讨工作压力不同维度对工作满意度的预测作用。结果表明,物流企业员工工作压力对工作满意度具有显著负向作用,在工作压力的六个维度中,只有职业发展压力对工作满意度有预测作用。
