基于三层次模型的物流外包决策风险评价

摘要

依据层次分析法的原理,构建了三层次物流外包决策风险评估模型.第一层次为总体风险,细分为客观风险、管理风险、技术风险.客观风险、管理风险、技术风险又分别细分为5、4、4个三级风险因素指标.实证结果显示,不同风险因素对于物流外包的总体风险影响存在明显差异.物流外包决策要特别注重管理风险的防控.%In this paper, according to the principle of the AHP, we built the tri-level logistics outsourcing decision risk evaluation model and then introduced the structure and components of the model. At the end, we verified that different risk factors had remarkably different influence on the general risks of the logistics outsourcing decisions.
