网购环境下基于随机合格率与收益最大化的物料需求决策

摘要

In this paper, under the circumstances where there existed a stochastic quality pass rate, we built the decision-making model for maximum returns of single-stage material demand volume based on rework pass rate, then through a numerical example demonstrated the validity of the model, and at the end, analyzed the sensitivity of the rework pass rate, average pass rate value and its standard deviation, and the various cost and returns parameters.%考虑存在随机质量合格率条件下，建立了基于返工成功率的单阶段物料需求量收益最大化决策模型，通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性，且对返工成功率、合格率均值及标准差、各类成本及收益参数进行了敏感度分析，可为中小制造企业物料需求决策及成本控制策略提供参考。
