冷链物流风险评价文献述评

摘要

In this paper, through reviewing the research literatures on cold chain risks, we found that multiple of quantitative standards exist for different cold chain products, thus a unified evaluation standard is still absent;the mechanism for the measurement and transmission of the cold chain risks is yet to be clarified;and"chain breaking"is a common occurrence. Next from the angle of systematic prevention, we proposed to study and implement the automatic identification and prevention mechanism of the cold chain logistics risks.%通过对冷链风险相关文献的回顾,发现不同冷链产品有不同的量化标准,没有形成统一的评价标准;冷链风险测度以及风险的传导机制还不太清晰;"断链"的情况频现.为此应从系统防范的角度,围绕冷链物流风险的自动化识别及其预警机制等方面展开研究与实践.
