基于SD方法军事供应链VMI库存管理研究

摘要

In this paper, based on the methodology of system dynamics (SD), we built the VMI model of a military supply chain, then compared it with the traditional military supply chain, and at the end, using the Vensim software, analyzed and optimized the model.%VMI(供应商管理库存)库存管理模式不同于一般供应链的库存管理,对军事供应链而言,是军队与供应商共同参与协商的合作性管理.基于SD(系统动力学)方法,建立了军事供应链VMI库存管理模型,对比传统军事供应链,利用Vensim仿真软件,对模型进行了分析和优化.
