物流经济学教学改革研究基于研讨式教学的视角

         

摘要

As the logistics industry becomes the leading strategic industry,there is a huge demand for leading professions quality talents.It is urgent,driven by teaching innovation,to nurture high level logistics professionals who have sound basic knowledge,excellent professional ability and prominent comprehensive quality.Based on the demand of high -end logistic professionals and new nurturing orientation,the explanations of current logistics teaching in this thesis still remain in primary stage.The thesis puts forth some suggestions about searching-and-discussing revolutionary teaching in terms of such issues of the balance of teaching and study;it transforms the teaching content based on frontier,professional and practical research;it innovates the teaching pattern and creates searching -and -discussing classroom teaching;it improves teaching method and constructs modern and comprehensive internet teaching system;it forms diversified course-management and appraisal system.%随着物流业成为引领经济发展的主导性、战略性产业,对专业人才要求量质不断提升。以教学创新为动力,构建培育“基础知识过硬+专业技能扎实+综合素质完备”高端物流专业人才的培养模式是当务之急。从适应新常态下物流高端专业人才的需求和培养新定位出发,文中针对当前物流经济学教学仍处于知识点讲解的初级阶段;未实现教与学的均衡发展等问题,提出了研讨式教学改革思路:以前沿性、专业性和实用性为原则变革教学内容;创新教学方式,打造研讨式课堂;改进教学手段,构建现代化的综合性互联网教学体系;建立多元化的课程管理与评价体系。
