生物能源企业的风险管理

摘要

＂十一五＂期间,生物能源行业得到了快速发展,对我国的石油替代起到了良好的作用;随着国内外形势的变化,生物能源行业面临众多的企业风险。结合河南天冠企业集团的发展思路,详细分析了目前生物能源行业普遍存在的风险,包括国家新能源政策、资金、投资、内部管理等,为行业的健康发展提供参考。%Bio-energy industry has experienced a rapid growth during ＂The 11th Five-year Plan＂and played an important part in the substitution of oil.However,with the change of domestic and oversea situations,bio-energy industry has to face many enterprise risks.Tuanguan Group was taken for an example to analyze the common existed risks for bio-energy enterprises nowadays including state new-energy policies,capitals,investment,and inner management etc.,which could provide useful reference for healthy development of bio-energy industry.
