INTRODUCTION Radiofrequency ablation is often difficult to treat arrhythmias caused by rheumatic heart disease.Because this type of arrhythmia is caused by myocardial damage due to rheumatic activity in the pathogenesis1.Because the area where rheumatic activity destroys the myocardium is not fixed,rheumatic heart disease can cause many types of arrhythmias.
