有载调压开关凸轮压片卡滞导致机构连调、电机空气开关跳闸的故障

摘要

有载调压开关是变压器中重要的组成部分，其工作原理是在保证不切断负载电流的情况下变换高压绕组分接头，改变高压匝数进行调压的。有载调压开关，在我国普及使用已达十多年，但由于做工工艺、产品问题等原因，有载调压开关也存在较多的故障。文章对一起主变有载调压开关凸轮压片卡滞导致机构连调、电机空气开关跳闸的故障进行分析。%The On⁃load Tap Changer is an indispensable part of the large power transformer, whose operational principle is to convert high voltage winding tap under the guarantee of not to cut off the load cur⁃rent to change the high number of turns as a measure to regulate the pressure. About the On⁃load Tap Chang⁃er, there are more than ten years of development history in our country. But there are also lots of faults about the On⁃load Tap Changer due to the reasons of factory process and products itself. In this essay, I analyze the failure occurred in this year which was caused by the clamp of the main transformer on load tap changer cam tablet, leading to the mechanism even adjusting and the Motor air switch tripping.
