膜式水冷壁焊接变形热弹塑性有限元分析

         

摘要

结合数值计算的方法,对焊接过程中的温度场应力场进行实时模拟研究,提出了基于ANSYS的焊接温度场应力场模拟分析方法,并针对膜式水冷壁多道焊接问题进行了实例计算.建立的焊接温度场应力场模拟分析方法,可为优化焊接结构工艺和规范焊接参数提供理论依据和指导.利用本文模拟分析方法,可以对焊接过程的热应力及残余应力进行预测,为进一步的研究打下基础.%The paper proceeded to the real-time simulation research on the temperature field and stress field during the welding process combined the numerical computation method, and put forward simulation analysis method for welding temperature field and stress field based on ANSYS. The established simulation analysis method of welding temperature field and stress field can provide theory foundation and guiding for optimizing the welding structure design and standardizing the welding parameter. The simulation analysis method can predict the thermo stress and residual stress in the welding process and provide foundation for further study.
