数控加工过程三维仿真中的毛坯表示

         

摘要

In NC machining process of three-dimensional simulation, the building of roughcast model and dynamic performance are important contents. For different types of roughcast, the choice of representation method affected the speed, accuracy and effect of the simulation. Based on OpenGL, this article analyzed the characteristics and information data structure of different types of parts respectively, adopted suitable methods of modeling and dynamic representation for different types of roughcast with the representation method that combined subdivision slice method and triangular-grid discrete method, and integrated the removal algorithm of rough material. Therefore, in simulation process it reduced the computation, achieved the multi-objective optimization between simulation speed and accuracy, and got good three-dimensional simulation effect.%在数控加工过程三维仿真中,毛坯模型的建立及动态表示是其中重要内容,对于不同类型的毛坯,表示方法的选择影响着仿真的速度、精度及效果.基于OpenGL方法,分析了各类零件特征及其信息数据结构,采用了结合细分薄片法和三角网格离散法的表示方法,对不同类型的毛坯分别采用各自适合的方法进行建模及动态表示,整合了毛坯材料去除算法,在仿真过程中减少了计算量,实现了仿真速度和精度的多目标优化,取得了较好的三维仿真效果.图6参11
