The pressure distribution condition of flow field in pneumatic nailer is the key factor which determines it's pneumatic performance. According to the undefined condition of the pressure inside pneumatic nailer, a method of internal pressure testing was designed and an experimental model was made based on the study of the structure and pneumatic principle of pneumatic nailer. The corresponding curves were obtained by using pressure sensors to test the inner dynamic pressure during the working process. The experimental results verify the working principle of pneumatic nailer and provides the basis of the numerical analysis for the flow field, meanwhile, it's also the foundation for further studies of series performance indexes of pneumatic nailer.
