介绍了采用金属型铸造生产铝合金驱动板的模具结构和铸造工艺；对驱动板几种典型缺陷产生的原因和解决方法进行了分析.%The die design and technique of gravity die casting process for driven belt wheel are introduced. The causes aud corresponding resolving methods of some typical defects are analyzed.
