生物芯片在食品安全检测中的应用研究

生物芯片作为一种高新的检测技术，为食品安全快速检测提供了新的平台。本文介绍了生物芯片的原理、种类及其在食品安全检测中的应用，并提出了生物芯片应用的技术障碍，并对其应用前景作出展望。%As a kind of new sophisticated detecting skill, biochip applies a new step for detection in food. This article focuses on the principle, classification and the applications in food safety detecting of the biochip, as well as the proposal to the skill barrier and the application prospect.
