国外图书馆文献传递版权立法变化及对我国的启示——以德国为例

By analyzing the New Change of Copyright legislation of document delivery of German copyright law in the procession of document delivery this paper elaborates the new characters of the change and great influence on German document delivery service . Some suggestions to solve the copyright problems of library document delivery in China are proposed.%本文通过对德国最新修订版权法中有关文献传递立法变化的分析，详细阐明其变化的新特点，以及对德国文献传递工作的重大影响，最后对解决我国文献传递版权问题提出了具体的建议。
