大学生的阅读危机是一个世界性的难题。现有的管理体制使得高校图书馆在应对这一危机的过程中捉襟见肘。高校图书馆的针对性改革应该基于两个原则:一是建立基于系统理论的组织间协同机制,从而可以发挥整个大学的全部能量协同应对阅读危机;二是在建立协同机制时要以学生为本,强调要对学生的阅读进行正向激励,尤其是内在激励。%College students reading crisis is a worldwide problem.With the existing management system the university li-brary stretched to deal with this crisis.Reform of university libraries should be targeted based on two principles: first, establish co-operative mechanism based on inter -organizational systems theory, which can play all the energy of the entire university collabora-tive response to reading crisis , second, in the establishment of coordination mechanism should be student -centered, stressed posi-tive incentive for students reading, which can overcome the biggest drawbacks that is the traditional management externally imposed mandatory, but few consider how to intrinsic motivation for students.
