The knowledge management strategy planning of library consortia is related to the ultimate goal of the library consortia.By analyzing the aspects of competition and cooperation, resource -based and resource -dependent, and knowledge sha-ring and knowledge protection, the authors put forward the countermeasures to improve knowledge management strategy planning of library consortia .%图书馆联盟知识管理战略规划关系到图书馆联盟的终极目标，对其长期发展具有十分重要的现实意义。通过从竞争与合作、资源基础与资源依赖、知识共享与知识保护等方面的探索分析，提出了改进图书馆联盟知识管理战略规划的有效对策和措施。
