县级公共图书馆建设与服务基本数据分析--以湖南郴州为例

摘要

This paper analyzes the basic data of county public libraries in Chenzhou that participate in the iffth national public library of classiifcation assessment. It directly relfects the imbalances of construction and service of the county public library. Some suggestions are put forward in the following aspects:to strengthen the construction of library areas, to increase government investment and to perfect the information service, to improve the utilization rate of information resources, to strengthen the constructions and services of the county public library and to promote the development of public library cause.%对湖南省郴州市县级公共图书馆参加第五次全国公共图书馆评估定级的基本数据进行了分析，直观地反映了郴州县级公共图书馆在建设与服务发展过程中的不平衡，提出应从加强馆舍面积建设、加大政府经费投入、完善信息服务以提高馆藏资源利用率等方面来改善，大力加强县级公共图书馆的建设与服务，推进公共图书馆事业发展。
