全媒体时代区域文化体系中的公共图书馆地方文献资源建设与服务

摘要

This paper talks about the inlfuence of all media technology on public library and the status of local literature in regional culture , and then thinks that local literature is the subjects of regional culture, library culture space, library digital resource construction, cultural sharing and communication . Finally the construction of local literature and communication strategy is put forward under new media environment that should integrate resources, reduce the technical threshold, use a variety of means, carry on the three-dimensional dissemination, distinguish the reader demand and segment the service.%文章从全媒体技术对公共图书馆的影响以及地方文献在区域文化中的地位谈起,认为地方文献是区域文化主体、图书馆空间文化主体、图书馆数字资源建设主体、文化共享传播主体.最后提出新媒体环境下地方文献的建设和传播策略:应该整合资源,减少技术门槛,运用多种手段,进行立体传播,区分读者需求,进行细分服务.
