关于公共图书馆儿童安全保障问题的思考--从幼托老师带儿童进馆阅读说起

摘要

文章从公共图书馆一个少儿服务事件所产生的困惑，引发笔者对图书馆原则与儿童安全保障问题进行思考，认为保障儿童文化权利，首先要保障儿童的安全问题，并从儿童优先原则提出儿童安全应成为高于一切的儿童服务理念。同时从政策法规、公共意识、制度完善和儿童管理方面说明公共图书馆亟需儿童安全管理文件的指导，最后阐述了制定儿童安全保障细则要注重体现的几个方面。%From the event of services for children in public library author thinks about the problems of library principle and children safety that we should guarantee safety and this above all in order to ensure the children cultural rights. At the same time this paper expounds that public library need the guidance of management document of children safety from policies and regulation,public awareness,system improvement and children management. To lay emphasis on some aspects to formulate the children safety rules are put forward.
