我国公共文化云微信公众平台服务效率评估

摘要

This paper proposes an empirical experiment with a comparative objective approach to assess the service efficiency of public cultural cloud based on WeChat platform, in order to put forward a few pieces of advice for the rest public cultural cloud platforms in China. By establishing the evaluation system, the paper evaluated the service efficiency of 21 sample platforms in east China based on DEA approach. Meanwhile, the redundancy and insufficiency of the input and output indicators of the inefficient DEA samples were calculated, followed by the suggestions to improve the inefficient platforms.%文章采取DEA分析方法对公共文化云微信公众平台的服务效率进行实证研究,为各地文化云微信公众平台的建设提供参考.通过建立评价指标体系,利用数据包络分析方法,对华东部分地区21个公共文化云微信公众平台进行服务效率评价,对非DEA有效的平台进行改进程度测算.针对样本平台的调研和数据分析结果,提出提升公共文化云微信公众平台服务效率的建议.
