This paper traces the history of Chinese toy library,gives a summary of the toy library development status in different periods,concludes the toy library category and characteristic,and offers suggestions such as importing and training professionals,enriching service content,playing an exemplary role,and cultivating the correct understanding to the right of children's game and entertainment by society and family.%文章梳理国内玩具图书馆发展的历史,概述不同时期我国玩具图书馆的发展状况,归纳我国玩具图书馆的类别、特点,提出玩具图书馆应通过加强专业人才引进与培养、深化服务内涵、发挥示范作用,培养社会、家庭对儿童游戏与娱乐权利的正确认知来获得持续发展.
