微信息环境下的图书馆“微”服务模式探讨

随着移动互联网的迅速发展，人们已经进入了微信息时代。微信息环境是一个由人、微信息内容、微信息技术构成的动态的、开放的信息生态系统。其主要特征体现在信息传播媒介、信息载体、信息内容及信息活动的“微型化”。微信息环境下的图书馆服务具有服务内容碎片化、服务形式细微化、服务手段移动化、服务过程互动化、服务范围泛在化的特点。文章从“微”理念的构建、“微”内容的提供、“微”平台的建设、“微”组织的建立、“微”氛围的营造等方面深入探讨了图书馆“微”服务模式的构建问题。%With the rapid development of mobile Internet,people have entered the micro information era. Micro information environment is a dynamic and opened information ecosystem constituted by people,micro informa-tion content and micro information technology.The main characteristics of micro information environment are minia-turization in the information media,information carrier,information content,and information activities.Micro infor-mation service of library have many characteristics of service content fragmentation,service form subtle,service means mobile,service process interactive,and services scope ubiquitous.The article probes into library “micro”service mechanism from the construction of“micro”concept,“micro”content providing,construction of“micro”platform,construction of“micro”organization,and construction of“micro”atmosphere.
