The paper discusses the situation of collected books, donated books and autographed books by describing how Zhangye library constructs Jin Zhangye book library. Then, the paper clarifies the special significance of collected books, donated books and autographed books for enriching public library collections, developing special collections, serving nationwide reading, and building a scholarly society, in order to attract people's attention.%本文通过叙述张掖图书馆"金张掖书香文库"构建的具体实践,就征书、赠书与签名本藏书对特藏的实际作用进行探讨,厘清此类方式对公共图书馆丰富馆藏、形成特藏,服务全民阅读、建设书香社会的特别意义,以期引起重视.
