荷兰数字资源协议呈缴机制现状与思考

法定呈缴计划要求出版者向国家图书馆提交一定数量的图书和期刊，这也被认为是保存国家文化遗产的重要组成部分。随着时代的推进，很多国家开始实施新的保存数字资源政策。荷兰以自愿呈缴的形式保存数字资源并取得了良好的效果。%Legal deposit schemes require publishers to submit copies of books and journals to a national li-brary,This is considered a vital part in preserving a country’s cultural heritage.With the coming of digital age,many countries implement new policies to obtain digital resources.In such area,voluntary deposit is adopted by Dutch and it works well.
