新农村图书室是我国基层文化事业单位,是建设社会主义新农村的重要推动力。实地走访河南省典型新农村得到的调查数据显示,新农村图书室服务存在馆藏资源结构不当等诸多问题。在当前形势下,图书室在满足农民群体的文化需求的同时,应将核心服务人群定位为少儿,并且应该采取新农村图书室与村小学图书馆共建共享的方式建馆,集中优势资源,最大程度地发挥文献的利用价值。%Libraries in the new countryside are primary cultural institutions Jn China and the important driving force for building new socialist countrysides. The survey data obtained from visits to typical new countrysides in Henan province reveals that library services in the new countryside have many problems such as unsuitable structure of collection resoures. In the current situation, libraries should orientate children as the core service group while serve the group of farmers to meet their cultural demand, take a new constructing way in which libraries in the new countryside and in the village elementary schools could develop and share resources together, concentrate superior resources, and maximize usage values of literatures.
