By using the methods of documents and logical analysis, the article analyzes the Geordi rules and proves Geordi rules is not changing the rules but the balance between power and rights in basketball.%应用逻辑分析法、文献资料法对“鹰眼”规则进行分析，得出“鹰眼”规则不是就规则而改变的规则，而是篮球赛场上“权力”与“权利”的平衡。
