免耕农业在辽西风沙半干旱区的机遇与挑战

摘要

Reducing water and soil erosion,improve soil fertility and the utilization efficiency of rain water, isthe inevitable choice forstabilizing food productionin the Sandy and Windy Semi-drought Area.This paper strives to introduce and explain the agro-ecological environment of the Sandy and Windy Semi-drought Area of Western Liaoning Province,and then analyses the advantages of no tillage.On this basis,from the changing farmers'traditional ideas,moderate scale agriculture management and government involvement in put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.%减轻水土流失，培肥农田地力，提高降雨的利用效率是风沙半干旱区稳定粮食生产的必然选择，结合辽西地区农业生态概况，分析了免耕农业的区域优势，在此基础上从改变农民传统观念，适度规模经营和政府参与等方面提出针对性的政策建议。
