基于HS传感器的固体激光器热透镜焦距测量

     

摘要

基于哈特曼-夏克传感器、激光光束分析仪和谐振腔理论,设计了一种在有激光输出情况下,实时测量固体激光器热透镜焦距的方法,具有简单、便捷、实用的特点。利用此方法,对激光二极管连续端面抽运棒状激光器的热透镜焦距进行了测量,并和理论数值模拟结果进行了对比分析讨论,可为固体激光器的优化设计和实验研究提供参考。%Based on the Hartman-Shack sensor,laser beam analyzer and resonator theory,a real-time measuring method for thermal lens focus of solid-state lasers was devised in the case of operating. This method is simple,con-venient and practical. Thermal lens focus of rod laser end-pumped by continuous laser-diode was measured using this method. The experimental results were compared with the theoretical data,and the result and was analyzed and dis-cussed. It provides theoretical reference for the design of solid-state lasers and experimental study.
