光子晶体全反射隧穿效应中偏振光的场分布

     

摘要

利用特征矩阵的方法,推导出TM波和TE波在一维光子晶体中电场的分布公式,利用这些公式研究了一维光子晶体全反射隧穿现象中TE 波和TM波的光场在光子晶体内部的分布特征。在出现全反射隧穿峰处,TE波和TM波的光场不会随传播深度的增加而衰减。在没有出现全反射隧穿峰处,TE波和TM波的光场会随深度的增加而迅速衰减为0。这些研究结果从一维光子晶体内部展现了TE波和TM波的光场分布特征,深化了对一维光子晶体全反射隧穿现象形成规律的认识。%Using the characteristic matrix method,the light field formula of wave and wave in 1 D photonic crystal is derived. The light field distribution of wave and wave in the inner of photonic crystal is studied during the total reflec-tion tunnel in 1 D photonic crystal. Light field of wave and wave cannot decrease with the increase of the spread depth in the total reflection tunneling peak. Light field of wave and wave quickly decreases to zero with the increase of the spread depth when there is no the total reflection tunneling peak. These results show the distribution of light field of wave and wave in 1 D photonic crystal is demonstrated,and the formation rules of light field distribution of the total re-flection tunnel in 1 D photonic crystal are further understood.
