红外热成像技术在电磁轨道炮中的应用

         

摘要

电磁轨道炮发射过程中,受到高速滑动冲击、高温、强电磁场等极端环境影响,电枢轨道接触区域会发生烧蚀、刨削、转捩等损伤,影响发射性能和身管寿命。枢轨接触面温度分布能够反应枢轨接触状态,对提高发射系统性能和身管寿命具有重要参考价值,本文采用红外热成像法对电磁轨道炮发射过程中枢轨接触面温度及轨道散热过程进行了测试,获取了试验数据;采用有限元计算的方法得到了不同时刻枢轨接触面温度分布曲线;对比分析了仿真与测试结果,结果表明,仿真与测试数据具有较好的一致性,红外热成像技术可用于轨道炮枢轨接触面温度检测,测试数据能够用于电磁轨道炮枢轨滑动电接触特性研究。%Extreme environments make the contact area of armature rail damage during launching of electromagnetic railgun,which will affect emission performance and barrel life.Temperature distribution of pivot rail contact surface can reflect pivot rail contact state,which has an important reference value to improve emission system performance and barrel life.The temperature of pivot rail contact surface and the cooling process of the rail were tested by infrared thermography during launching of electromagnetic railgun,and the test data were obtained.Temperature distribution profiles of pivot rail contact surface were gotten by using finite element method under different time;simulation results and test results were compared and analyzed.The results show that infrared heat imaging technology can be used for temperature detection of railgun pivot rail contact surface,and the simulation results are consistent with test data.Test data has a reference value for sliding electrical contact characteristics research of electromagnetic railgun pivot rail.
