气化炉失效炉体修理方案

         

摘要

气化炉因工艺操作失误造成炉体意外高温蠕变破裂及变形,变形后筒体及锻件材料劣化程度及部位尚属可控状况,分析不确定因素及修复难度后,确定采取现场挖补方式进行修复,历经35d(事故发生至修复点炉)完成了计划6~7个月的检修项目。%Operational errors on gasifier cause a creep rupture and deformation of furnace due to unexpected high temperature,fortunately,the deterioration of extent and location of deformed barrel and material of forgings are still controllable,after the uncertainties and difficulties in repair are analyzed it is decided to employ a site patch approach and all the scheduled repair items needing 6 to 7 months are accomplished only in 35 days(from the accident occurrence till to furnace ignition).
