液氮洗冷箱的优化操作

摘要

液氮洗冷箱用来脱除分子筛出口净化气中的CO、CH4、Ar等杂质,同时将中压氮气加入到氮洗气中以配置氢氮比为3∶1的合成气。分析冷箱运行过程中出现问题以及影响冷箱稳定运行的因素,提出相应的优化操作方法。%Cold box in liquid nitrogen wash is used to remove such impurities as CO, CH4,Ar from the purified gas at outlet of molecular sieve and at the same time,an MP nitrogen is added into the wash gas to make a syngas with a H2/N2 ratio of 3/1.The problems appeared in the cold box during the operation and factor affecting the stable running of the cold box are analyzed and corresponding optimized operation method proposed.
