三峡电站水轮机模型蜗壳加工工艺

摘要

三峡电站水轮机模型蜗壳结构不同于传统的模型蜗壳，本文分析了该型蜗壳的加工难点，提出了新的加工工艺，为提高水轮机模型蜗壳的加工水平提供了经验。%The structure of model hydraulic turbine spiral case of Three Gorge hydropower station is different from traditional model turbine spiral case.In this paper, the difficulty of machining was analyzed, a new kind of machining technology was advanced and obtained a good effect. It accumulate experience of processing model turbine spiral case.
