考虑变频器供电谐波电流作用下的永磁电机电磁力计算与分析

     

摘要

本文首先介绍了变频器供电永磁电机的工作原理,在此基础上对变频器供电时的永磁同步电机电磁力波进行了理论分析,给出了利用麦克斯韦应力法计算径向电磁力的方法,然后分别对变频器供电和理想电源供电下的一台永磁电机径向电磁力进行了仿真计算,最后与试验测试结果进行了对比分析,证明了采用该方法进行电磁力计算的正确性,所得结论为进一步研究变频器供电永磁电机的振动和噪声提供了理论依据.%In this paper, firstly, the operating theory of permanent magnet motor supplied frequency converter was introduced, electromagnetic force of permanent magnet motor supplied by frequency converter was analyzed based on it, and the method to calculate radial electromagnetic force using maxwell stress tensor method was given Secondly, radial electromagnetic force of a permanent magnet motor supplied by frequency converter and perfect source was simulated and computed. Finally, by comparing the computed results and test results, the methods to compute electromagnetic force concluded right. The conclusions gained by calculating and experimenting provided the theoretical guide for the further research on vibration and noise of permanent magnet motor supplied by frequency converter.
