1000mw汽轮发电机定子线圈制造技术的研究

摘要

Production technology of 1000MW turbo-generator stator bar was described in this paper. We made a lot of innovation and improvement for the manufacturing equipments, tools and the manufacture process. And lots of tests were made too. By the ways above, HEC could produce stator bars of 1000MW turbo-generator with excellent properties.%本文对1000mw汽轮发电机定子线圈制造技术进行了介绍.对线圈的制造设备、工装工具和工艺方面的有所创新与改进,并进行了大量的试验,用多胶模压工艺制造出了1000MW汽轮发电机定子线圈,产品性能优异.为今后哈电机公司批量生产的1 000MW汽轮发电机定子线圈奠定了坚实可靠的基础.
