降低大中型异步电动机电磁噪声的槽配合选取方法

     

摘要

目前为了限制大中型异步电动机的电磁噪声而选用的槽配合主要是基于经验,没有考虑振动模态,有时会导致电磁噪声超标.本文对定转子齿谐波和饱和谐波引起的电磁力波详细理论分析的基础上,给出了考虑定子模态时槽配合选取方法.该方法主要是利用优化转子槽数来合理选取槽配合,以达到限制电磁噪声的目的.以AYKKS00-10型电机为例,通过两种槽配合的电磁噪声分析和实测结果验证了本文方法限制电磁噪声的有效性.%At the present time, slot combination used to limit electromagnetic noise from large-sized and medium-sized asynchronous motors is mainly on the basis of experience, in which the vibration modal is never taken into account, so it sometimes leads to electromagnetic noise above the standard. On the basis of the detailed analysis of electromagnetic force wave producing by stator and rotor teeth harmonics and saturation harmonics in theory, the method of slot combination choice is given in this paper, in which stator modal is taken into account. Slot combination is properly selected by optimizing rotor slot number with this method. The asynchronous motor(YKK500-10) is used as the case. The validity of the method for electromagnetic noise limitation is proved by the analysis of electromagnetic noise of two slot combination and the testing results.
