多功能双馈发电机故障模拟试验台的研制

         

摘要

根据兆瓦级双馈发电机的结构特点及工作原理,本文研制了双馈发电机故障模拟试验平台,该试验平台首次实现了可进行多项非破坏性电气试验,可模拟双馈发电机定转子匝间短路、相间短路、相对地短路、三相不平衡以及转子励磁电流不稳定等故障.所研制的试验平台可为研究双馈发电机故障诊断算法等提供真实有效的故障数据.%According to the structural characteristics and workingprinciple of doubly-fed induction generator of MW class,this paper developed a fault simulation test bed of doubly-fed induction generator,a variety of non-destructive testing could be performed through the test bed.The test bed can simulate the faults of inter-turn short circuit,short circuit between phases,phase to ground of stator and rotor,three-phase unbalance of doubly-fed induction generator and unstable exciting current of rotor.The test bed could provide real and effective failure data for the study of fault diagnosis algorithm of doubly-fed induction generator.
