不同转子结构高速感应电动机电磁性能分析

     

摘要

The key problem of electromagnetic design in high-speed induction motor is the design of rotor structure.The field-circuit coupled finite element method is adopted in this paper,and the electromagnetic design and performance analysis of 18 MW high-speed induction motor are carried out under four rotor structures,such as laminated rotor with round embedded copper bars,smooth solid rotor,copper plating of solid rotor surface and slotted solid rotor.The characteristics of high-speed induction motor are obtained under the four kinds of rotor structures.The capacity of high-speed induction motor is the maximum currently,and never occured before.%高速感应电机电磁设计的关键问题是电机的转子结构形式的设计.本文采用场路耦合的有限元法,针对转子叠片闭口圆形槽、光滑实心转子、实心转子表面镀铜和实心转子开缝4种转子结构下的18MW大容量高速感应电机进行了电磁设计及性能分析,得到了4种转子结构下的高速感应电机的特点.此容量的高速感应电机为目前最大容量,此前从未有过.
