马克思主义政治经济学视阈下供给侧结构性改革研究

摘要

Supply and need are two basic aspects in the process of social reproduction cycle from the Marx theory of supply and need for society. The relationship between supply and need is that the supply creates the need and the need promotes demand .Currently,“imbalance for supply and need”has become China’s the biggest obstacle for sustained economic growth .Therefor,this paper suggest that the supply-side structural reforms should be promoted in the economic restructural adjustments and the reform should be made from the start of supply to form a new supply and demand structure,achieve social supply and demand dynamic balance,and full develop monetary policy adjustment actions .%马克思的社会总供给和总需求理论认为，供给与需求是社会再生产循环过程中的两个基本环节，二者的关系是供给决定需求，需求促进供给。当前“供需失衡”已成为阻挡中国经济持续增长的最大困境。应在经济结构的调整中推进供给侧结构性改革，从供给源头入手改革形成新的供给和需求结构，实现社会供给和总需求的动态平衡，在供给侧结构性改革中充分发挥货币政策的调节作用。
