Objective To analyze the immune level of CD4+T lymphocytes and its influencing factors in newfound cases of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antibody positive in Yongchuan District during 2014-2017 so as to provide the scientific basis for carrying out the antiviral treatment.Methods The T lymphocytes detection was performed in newly discovered subjects with HIV antibody positive by using flow cytometry, and the related data were collated and statistically analyzed.Results Among 1 756 newfound cases of HIV antibody positive, male accounted for 70.3％and female accounted for 29.7％.Among them, there were 535 cases (30.5％) of CD4+T lymphocytes absolute count≤200 cells/μL, 528 cases (30.1％) of CD4+T lymphocytes absolute count 201-350 cells/μL, 385 cases (21.9％) of CD4+T lymphocytes absolute count 351-500 cells/μL and 308 cases (17.5％) of CD4+T lymphocytes absolute count>500 cells/μL.The constituent ratio of CD4+T lymphocytes absolute count had statistical difference among different years (P0.05) .The CD4+T lymphocyte detection results had statistical difference between different sexes and among different age groups (P500个/μL的308例 (17.5％) .不同年份CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对计数值构成比差异有统计学意义 (P0.05) .不同性别、不同年龄段CD4+T淋巴细胞检测结果差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .不同年份、不同性别、不同年龄段的CD8+T淋巴细胞检测结果差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 永川区2014-2017年新发现的HIV抗体阳性者首次CD4+T淋巴细胞检测结果处于相对偏低水平, 进入艾滋病期的新发病例逐年增加, 还需继续加强艾滋病防治宣传, 不断加大检测力度和扩大监测面, 更大限度地早发现和早治疗HIV感染者.
