目的：探讨采用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾衰竭合并矿物质‐骨代谢异常（CKD‐MBD）的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月至2014年3月该院收治的98例慢性肾功能衰竭合并CKD‐MBD的患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予单纯血液透析治疗，治疗组在血液透析基础上给予血液灌流联合治疗，比较2组患者治疗后的总有效率以及治疗前后血液Ca2＋、P3＋、iPT H水平的变化。结果（1）治疗组总有效率为89．79％（44／49），明显高于对照组总有效率61．22％（30／49），差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；（2）治疗前后血液指标的变化：治疗后血液中P3＋、iPTH水平较治疗前均有变化，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），但2组Ca2＋水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），治疗组P3＋、iPTH水平均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论血液透析联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾功能衰竭并发CKD‐MBD临床效果确切，值得推广。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in trea‐ting chronic renal failure complicating mineral substances bone metabolic abnormality .Methods 98 cases of chronic renal failure complicating mineral substances bone metabolic abnormality in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2014 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the treatment group .The control group was given simple hemodialysis treatment ,while on this basis the treatment group was combined with the he‐moperfusion therapy .The total effective rate and the changes of blood Ca2+ ,P3+ and iPTH levels were observed and compared between the two groups .Results (1) The total effective rate in the treatment group was 89 .79% ,which was significantly higher than 61 .22% in the control groups ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05);(2) The changes of blood indexes :the levels of P3+ and iPTH after treatment were changed compared with before treat‐ment (P<0 .05) ,but the Ca2+ level had no statistical difference between the two groups ,the levels of P3+ and iPTH after treatment in the treatment group were superior to the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis has a definite effects in treating chronic renal failure complicating mineral substances bone metabolic abnormality and is worthy of clinical promotion .
