补肾助孕方对黄体功能不全模型大鼠血清PRL、E2及P的影响

摘要

目的 研究补肾助孕方对黄体功能不全(L PD)模型大鼠血清催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)的影响.方法 米非司酮构建L PD大鼠模型,将50只大鼠分为空白组、模型组、孕酮组,以及中药低、高剂量组共5组,每组10只,分组给药,以ELISA试剂盒测定各组大鼠血清中PRL、E2及P水平.结果 模型组、孕酮组的PRL、E2明显高于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药低、高剂量组PRL、E2明显低于模型组和孕酮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各组P均有升高,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 补肾助孕方药可降低L PD模型大鼠过高的PRL、E2水平,升高P水平,从而改善黄体功能,提高子宫内膜容受性.%Objective Research the influence of Bushen Zhuyun recipe(BSZY)on serum prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2)and pro-gesterone(P) levels in luteal phase deficiency (LPD)model rats .Methods Rats model of LPD were formed with mifepristone ,and 50 rats were divided into blank group ,model group ,control group ,BSZY low-dose group and BSZY high-does group ,10 rats were in each group .Each group was given appropriate drugs .Then the serum PRL ,E2 and P levels were tested with ELISA kits .Results The serum PRL and E2 levels in model group and control group were significantly higher than those in blank group(P<0 .05) .The serum PRL and E2 levels in BSZY low-dose group and BSZY high-does group were significant lower than those in model group and control group(P<0 .05) .The serum P level in each group got higher ,but had no significant differences among all the groups(P>0 .05) .Conclusion BSZY could reduce the serum PRL and E2 levels in LPD model rats and increase the serum P ,therefore it could be used to improve luteal function and endometrial receptivity .
