STR和SNP对3个小鼠1号染色体替换系筛选结果的比较

     

摘要

目的 比较STR和SNP对3个1号染色体替换系的分型结果,并为每个替换系选择合适的基因分型方法.方法 采用20个SNP和10个STR位点分别对3个1号染色体替换系N2代各40个样本进行分型.结果 采用20个SNP位点,从C3H/He替换系中筛选到6个样本,从FVB/N替换系中筛选到9个样本,从AKR替换系中筛选到4个样本.采用10个STR位点,从C3H/He替换系中筛选到6个样本,从FVB/N替换系中筛选到10个样本,从AKR替换系中筛选到6个样本.结论 根据每个品系基因组背景不同,可选择三组多重STR方案作为C3H/He替换系的基因分型方法,三组多重SNP方案作为FVB/N和AKR替换系的基因分型方法.%Objective To compare the genotyping results of STR and SNP and choose typing methods for three chromosome 1 substitution strains. Methods The three chromosome 1 substitution strains included 40 samples were typed respectively by 20 SNP and 10 STR. Results A total of 6 samples, 9 samples, 4 samples were identified respectively with SNP among 40 samples of C3H/He, FVB/N and AKR chromosome substitution strains. A total of 6 samples, 10 samples, 6 samples were identified respectively with STR among the 40 samples of C3H/He, FVB/N and AKR chromosome substitution strains. Conclusion For each strain with different gene background,. 3 groups of STR on chromosome 1 were chosen as genotyping methods of C3H/He chromosome 1 substitution strain. 3 groups of SNP were chosen as genotyping methods of FVB/N and AKR chromosome 1 substitution strains.
