食蟹猴在医学研究中的应用进展

摘要

Cynomolgus monkey is one species of non-human primates, whose structure of tissues, immunity, physiology and metabolism are very similar to those of human, so they have been the most important and ideal experimental animals. In this paper, recent progress and their applications in biomedi-cal research such as nervous system, reproductive system, stem cells, malignant diseases and diabetes are mainly reviewed.%食蟹猴作为灵长类动物,在组织结构、免疫、生理和代谢等方面与人类高度近似,是极其珍贵的实验动物,是生物医学研究中理想的高级实验动物.本文就近年来食蟹猴在神经系统、生殖系统、干细胞、恶性传染病、糖尿病、安全性评价等医学研究领域中的应用作一简要的介绍.
