乳腺癌患者化疗不同疗程后网织红细胞计数的临床研究

摘要

目的 了解乳腺癌患者化疗不同疗程后骨髓造血功能受抑制和恢复过程中WBC、PLT、RET％、HFR和MFR各参数的动态变化情况.方法 用SYSMEX XT-2000i型全自动分析仪检测乳腺癌患者第一至第六疗程化疗前和化疗后第7、14、21天外周血WBC、PLT、RET％、HFR、MFR.结果 WBC、PLT、RET％、HFR和MFR各参数第一至第六疗程呈进行性下降.WBC、PLT、RET％、HFR和MFR第一与第二疗程比较,差异无统计学意义.WBC、PLT、RET％、HFR和MFR第一疗程分别与第三、四、五、六疗程比较,差异有统计学意义.WBC、PLT、RET％、HFR和MFR第三与第四疗程比较,差异无统计学意义.WBC、PLT、RET％、HFR和MFR第三疗程分别与第五、六疗程比较,差异有统计学意义.WBC、PLT、RET％、HFR和MFR第四与第六疗程比较,差异有统计学意义.结论 WBC、PLT、RET％、HFR和MFR 5项参数可作为反映乳腺癌患者化疗不同疗程后骨髓造血功能受抑和开始恢复的敏感指标,检测这五项参数可以进一步提高临床治疗的科学性、合理性和有效性,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To explore the dynamic changes of WBC, PLT, RET% , HFR, MFR during the Bitches suppression or recovery periods of bone marrow hematopoietic function for breast cancer patients treated with different number of chemotherapy courses. Methods The WBC, PLT, RET% , HFR and MFR values in breast cancer patients before and after 7, 14 and 21 days of six chemotherapy courses (from the first to the sixth) were measured by using system XT-2000i. Results The WBC, PLT, RET% , HFR and MFR values in patients progressively decreased from the first course to the sixth course of chemotherapy. The parameters for the first course were significantly different from the parameters for all other courses except for the second course. When comparing the third course with other courses, the parameters were not significantly different between the third course and the fourth course, but significantly different between the third course and the fifth and sixth course, respectively. The significant differences have also been detected between the fourth and sixth course. Conclusion The WBC, PLT, RET% , HFR and MFR are sensitive indicators of the suppression or recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic function for breast cancer patients after chemotherapy treatments. Those five parameters are expected to make the clinical treatment more scientific, reasonable and effective. It might be worthwhile to apply them in clinical use.
